We’ve added more flexibility to your cancellation refund policy. When refunding a payment as account credit, you no longer have to worry about credits sitting on the books forever.

• Set Automatic Expiration: You can now configure refunds to expire automatically after a specific number of days.

• Remove Manual Work: Say goodbye to manually tracking and expiring old credits.

• Rolling Expiration: Keep in mind that credit expiration is rolling—any new credit added to a client's account will automatically extend the expiration date of their entire current balance.
