What's New

  1. Bulk Contact Management & Duplicate Merging

    Improvement
    Bulk Edit Highlight Boxes

🗂️ For studios with a growing contact list, routine cleanup — fixing tags, removing stale contacts, dealing with duplicates — was tedious enough that it often just didn't happen.

Two improvements here. Bulk actions let you select multiple contacts at once and delete them, update tags, or change email subscription status in one shot. And a new duplicate detection view surfaces likely matches based on email, name, and phone, then walks you through merging them into a single clean record.

    A few details worth knowing:

    • Select contacts via checkboxes or select-all, then apply the action across all selected at once
    • Mass delete permanently removes contacts; a confirmation step prevents accidents, and booking history is preserved per existing deletion rules
    • Duplicate merge consolidates booking history, tags, and subscription status onto a single contact record

    Available on all plans.

  2. New Reports & Scorecard KPIs

    Improvement
    New Intro Offer Score Cards

📊 If you've ever exported a class list to a spreadsheet just to figure out which time slots are actually worth keeping — this is for you.

Three new reports and six new scorecard tiles give studios a much clearer picture of class performance, attendance behavior, and how well your intro offer is actually converting.

    New Reports

    • Class Performance — shows registrations, attendance, and revenue broken down by class slot (offering + day + time). Quickly see what's pulling its weight and what isn't.
    • Class Demand — shows total demand per slot: confirmed registrations, waitlist, and cancellations. Useful for deciding whether to add capacity or cut sessions.
    • Paid vs. Played — compares registrations to actual check-ins at the session level, surfacing no-show patterns where they actually live.

    New Scorecard Tiles (Overall Business)

    • Staff Pay — total instructor pay liability for the period. Pairs with Total Sales for a quick gross margin read. Requires the Staff feature.
    • Paying Clients — distinct clients who made at least one payment, separate from Unique Clients (which counts all visitors).
    • First Visit Return Rate — % of first-timers who came back. A strong signal on onboarding and first-class experience.

    New Scorecard Tiles (Intro Offer)

    • Intro Purchase Rate — % of first-visit clients who bought the intro offer.
    • Membership Conversions — how many intro purchases became memberships.
    • Membership Conversion % — the rate at which intro offer sales convert to memberships.

  3. Membership Credit Rollover

    Improvement
    Roll Over Membership Credits

🔄 Unused credits quietly disappearing at the end of a billing period is a recurring frustration for members — and a retention problem for studios.

Businesses can now enable rollover on any limited-credit membership, letting unused credits carry forward into the next billing period. An optional cap controls how many credits can roll over, so you can reward loyalty without letting balances grow indefinitely.

    A few details worth knowing:

    • Rollover is configured per membership and applies to all active clients on that membership
    • Separate caps for regular credits and guest pass credits — leave either blank to roll over everything unused
    • At renewal, carried-over credits stack on top of the new period's base credits
    • When clients book into a future period, only base credits count — rollover credits become available once that period begins
    • Turning rollover off or adjusting the cap takes effect at the next renewal; the current period is unaffected
    • Only applies to limited-credit memberships

    Available on all plans.

  4. Waiver Improvements

    Improvement
    CleanShot 2026-04-28 at 07.58.33@2x

📋 Clients shouldn't have to sign the same terms twice — and waivers shouldn't look like unformatted walls of text.

Two meaningful upgrades here. First, waivers can now be designated as superseding, meaning one signed waiver can satisfy the requirement for others. A membership intake waiver, for example, can be configured to cover all class and event waivers automatically — so returning members are never prompted to sign again. Second, waiver content now supports rich text formatting, so you can create structured, professional-looking documents with headings, bold, bullet lists, and more.

    A few details worth knowing:

    • Superseding is one-directional — the higher-tier waiver (e.g., membership) covers the lower-tier one (e.g., class), not the reverse
    • Substitution is retroactive — clients who've already signed a superseding waiver won't be prompted for the waivers it covers
    • If a client hasn't signed the superseding waiver, they'll still be prompted for individual waivers as usual
    • Rich text formatting is available when creating or editing any waiver; existing plain-text waivers are unaffected
    • Clients can view and download their signed waivers from their own dashboard

    Available on all plans.

  5. ClassPass Integration

    New Feature

    image

🤝 Getting in front of new clients usually means marketing outside OT entirely. The ClassPass integration changes that.

Once onboarded through ClassPass, businesses can list their classes on the ClassPass network and accept bookings from ClassPass members — all reflected directly in their OT schedule. It runs alongside your existing booking flow without any disruption, and ClassPass pays you directly for each completed registration.

    A few details worth knowing:

    • Businesses must complete ClassPass's own onboarding process before the integration can be activated — OT facilitates the connection, not the ClassPass partnership itself
    • ClassPass members book through ClassPass; registrations show up in your OT schedule automatically
    • Classes can be available to both OT clients and ClassPass members simultaneously
    • Payment for ClassPass-sourced registrations comes directly from ClassPass per their standard rate structure

Available on Pro Plus, Studio Starter, Studio Grow, and Studio Max.

  6. Dynamic Post-Purchase & Registration Pages

    Improvement
    Time Zones Side by Side

✨ Custom confirmation pages have always been available, but they were static — the same destination regardless of what a client actually booked or bought.

Now, merge tags are automatically passed to your custom pages at the moment of purchase or registration, pulling in specifics like the class name, date, time, and location. Pages that actually reflect what someone signed up for, with no manual upkeep.

Using Sprout? Just prompt it to "build a registration confirmation page" and it'll scaffold one out with the right dynamic fields already in place.

    • Full list of available merge tags (title, start time, duration, location, and more) in the help article
    • Works across events, appointments, packages, memberships, and store items

    Available on all plans.

  7. Admin Timezone Display

    Improvement
    Time Zones

🌐 Previously, the admin dashboard showed times based on wherever you happened to be logged in from — which caused real confusion for business owners traveling or staff working across timezones.

The dashboard now defaults to the business's timezone for everyone on the team, so you're all looking at the same times regardless of location. If you need to switch — say, you're traveling or coordinating with clients in another region — there's a timezone switcher in the bottom-left of the screen.

    A few details worth knowing:

    • Events tied to a specific location always display in that location's timezone, on both the admin and client side — the switcher doesn't affect these
    • For online events with no location, clients see times in their own local timezone
    • The client-facing experience is unchanged

    Available on all plans.

  8. Contact Journey 🎯

    New Feature
    Contact Journey

Turning a curious prospect into a paying member takes more than one touchpoint — and it's easy for leads to fall through the cracks when there's no clear way to see where everyone stands.

Contact Journey gives studios a visual CRM pipeline to track prospects from first contact all the way to membership signup. You can see exactly where each lead is in the process at a glance, making it easier to prioritize follow-ups, spot where people are dropping off, and take action before a warm lead goes cold. It brings the kind of pipeline visibility you'd expect from a dedicated sales tool — right inside OT.

    A few things worth knowing:

    • Each prospect's stage in the journey is visible at a glance, from initial interest to signed member
    • Designed specifically for fitness and wellness businesses managing leads across classes, trials, and membership conversations
    • Helps identify stall points in the funnel so studios can follow up at the right moment

Available on Pro Plus, Studio Grow, and Studio Max.

  9. The OT Co-op has moved - and it's right inside your dashboard.

    Improvement
    Screenshot 2026-04-20 at 3.23.49 PM

Running a studio means you're constantly figuring things out — new client strategies, pricing questions, platform features you haven't had time to explore. Most of the time that means Googling it alone or hoping someone in a Facebook group has been through the same thing.

The OT Co-op is the place for that. Fellow studio owners, the OT team, and business experts, all in one space. And it's now built directly into your OfferingTree dashboard — no separate login, no extra app.

Go to Your Profile > OT Cooperative in your admin account and you're in.

Ask questions, find on-demand resources like short videos and templates you can actually use, and connect with people who are working through the same things you are.

Come introduce yourself. We'd love to know what you're working on!

  10. Class Registration Updates with Guests

    Improvement
    Registering Guest

Registering for a class with guests just got a lot less confusing.

Previously, clients returning to add guests had no easy way to tell who was already signed up, which led to second-guessing, duplicate registrations, and a generally frustrating experience. Now, connected profiles that are already registered are clearly indicated right on the registration screen.

Whether someone is signing up for the first time or coming back to add more people, they can see at a glance who's in and who still needs to register.

One thing to note: adding guests across multiple registrations at the same time isn't supported yet, but it's on the roadmap.

Available on Pro, Pro Plus, Studio Grow, and Studio Max.
